Welcome to our practice Lauren Kontra, PA-C. Ms. Kontra, fluent in both English and Spanish comes to us with over 5 years of emergency department experience. As Dr. Shaia’s right-hand person, MS Kontra will help him see patients as well as bring some new procedures to the office such as BOTOX injections.

Dr. Wayne Shaia discusses new treatment options for fullness and pressure in the ear and hearing loss. The new Aera Eustachian Balloon Dilation treatment will help to alleviate pressure, fullness and popping in the ears caused by Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. A new contact lens for the ear will help hearing aid users who are still experiencing difficulty hearing.
